Herbal Insomnia Treatment May Help Associated Disorders

Like many common health problems, many of the ailments are not so much as major concern as they are a symptom of other, potentially more dangerous problems. Hops is another herbal insomnia treatment that is relaxing and works well to relieve tension and anxiety. It also helps insomnia due to indigestion and headaches. Hops can be combined in equal parts with chamomile in tea form or used in a bath. Hops should not be taken for insomnia if the person is experiencing depression or is in the first trimester of pregnancy.
